Having a newsletter that your customers can sign up to (or one that they are automatically signed up to) is a fantastic way to keep your company and your products and services in the mind of the people who will hopefully spend money with you. Keep them in touch with what is going on with your business, run competitions, give them discount codes for loyalty and so on.
